Moms, It's Time to Do Less (so everyone can thrive more)

If you’re a mom, this message is for you. If you aren’t, but you’re a caregiver or a people pleaser, the advice still applies. Does this sound familiar? You give so much. You keep saying “Am I doing ok?” “I feel like a failure.” “I need to do more.” You never stop and most days you feel like you’re hair's on fire and life is one urgent moment after another, juggling work, kids, home, and about a million other responsibilities.
