Break the Clutter Habit that Sabotages You Most!

Reader

As a professional organizer and productivity coach, I've learned that our biggest obstacle isn't lack of time—it's our inability to properly evaluate what we let into our lives. We create clutter in our lives when we leave the door open to every opportunity and obligation without proper boundaries and filters. We end up in overwhelm. The solution: Whole-life decluttering 🌟

Decluttering isn't just about organizing spaces; it's about creating potential. Those "empty" spaces? They're not empty—they're breathing room for your dreams, creativity, and well-being.

Quick actionable tips

1️⃣ Gifts and purchases don't define your worth. It's okay to say no to items that don't serve your purpose.

2️⃣ Not every great idea needs immediate action. Use a "parking lot" to capture ideas without overwhelming yourself.

3️⃣ Your calendar is sacred. Buffer time isn't wasted time—it's strategic breathing space.

Pro tip: Keep in mind that every "yes" is also a "no" to something else. Choose wisely.

Want to learn more about designing a life with intention? In my latest podcast episode, I share more about the #1 habit that's sabotaging your peace: accepting too much without evaluation.

You'll find out:

  • Why "blank space" is actually your superpower

Reader As someone who's navigated overwhelm as an entrepreneur, caregiver, and mom, I've discovered that managing stress isn't about eliminating it completely—it's about building resilience and creating sustainable strategies. Reader If you have a messy home you're exhausted trying to conquer, chances are it’s not just you who made it that way. I have heard from so many clients and friends that they could have an organized home if they lived alone! We often say things like this and laugh it off, but deep inside we're conflicted, so I wanted to get to the heart of the matter. We did so in last week’s podcast episode. I sat down with Crystal Nerpel, author of “Loving Your Home,” and we got very real about home...
