If you want to be productive, stop doing *more*.

Despite the fact that the majority of productivity experts love talking about time management, I don’t. I think it’s a myth…a red herring if you will. The standard issue advice for being productive leads you in the wrong direction. "Manage your time so you can do more?" Nope. That’s a recipe for burnout.

We need to stop focusing on the "do more" part. Instead, you want to do the right thing(s) at the right time the right way for YOU. That's true productivity.

Ask yourself, what REALLY matters? What makes sense for YOU to do? Those answers will get you further, faster than cramming tasks in a time block.

In my latest podcast episode, I answer audience questions about how to actually get things done without burning out. These are questions asked by my audience and I welcome more if you have them.
